BYU finishes 36th in all sports standings

BYU finished 36th out of 278 schools in the recent 2009-10 Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup all-sports standings for college athletics. That is pretty impressive and is the highest ranking for a non-automatic qualifying conference. BYU has led the Mountain West in this ranking every single year since the league was formed in 1999. It feels good to be back on top of the rivalry! BYU has now won 3 of the last 4 rivalry games and Bronco is 3-2 in head to head games with Whittingham. It is great to be a Cougar!
